Terms

The contract, before you ask for it.

Almost nobody in this industry publishes their terms. That's the reason to read these ones. If an agency won't put theirs in writing before a call, that's the whole answer.

Three months, then monthlyThirty days' notice to leave, from either side, for any reason.
